The short version
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to understand how the website is used. We never sell your information, and we don't send spam. If you'd like anything we have about you corrected or deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
Information you send us
If you fill out our contact form, call, email, or message us in chat, we receive what you share — typically your name, business name, phone number, email address, and details about your website needs. We use it to reply to your request, prepare your free mockup or website review, and provide our services. Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-processing service.
Free website audit emails
If you request an automated website audit, we collect the website URL and email address you enter. We first send a short verification code to confirm that you control the address. After verification, we inspect the requested public webpage and email the resulting scores, findings, and recommendations to you. The audit does not send crawled page content to an AI service.
Resend delivers the verification code and requested report, so the recipient address and report email pass through its systems. Inland Web Services also receives an internal notification containing the verified address, requested website, audit score, and marketing-consent status so we can monitor legitimate audit requests. The required report-delivery consent does not add you to a marketing list or authorize unrelated marketing follow-up. Cloudflare hosts the audit and provides security and operational logs; Cloudflare Email Routing forwards incoming messages sent to our business email addresses.
If you separately check the optional marketing box, we add your verified address to Resend Contacts so Inland Web Services may send occasional website tips, service updates, and offers. This choice is optional and does not affect access to the audit. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe option, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use a few third-party tools that collect standard technical information (such as pages visited, browser type, device type, approximate location, and cookies):
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics that help us understand which pages are useful.
- Our AI chat assistant — messages you send through the chat widget are processed by our own AI assistant (running on Cloudflare and AWS infrastructure) to generate a reply. It is not a human, and we ask that you not share sensitive personal information through it.
- Cloudflare — hosts and protects this website, and keeps standard server logs for security.
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- We don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for.
- We don't collect payment details through this website.
Cookies and your choices
Analytics and chat tools use cookies to function. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use your browser's private/incognito mode, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works fine without cookies.
